This is a course designed for Every Body for learning to practice Yoga safely and enjoyably for life. Yoga practiced out of proper healthy alignment can be dangerous. This course emphasizes proper alignment and offers modifications and techniques that address the needs of our bodies. It’s a practice in compassion that builds strength in practice. This course offers physical and metaphysical concepts that help you take your yoga off the mat and into your everyday life.
It’s suggested that you complete the Yoga Foundations course in sequence. After the introductory first four videos, it’s best to practice the videos in unit sequence through and including the next numbered savasana before stopping for the day.
