Join us, mid-summer, in the beautiful and captivating Hocking Hills of Ohio to relax the body and mind, restoring and rejuvenating to a place of revitalized wellness.  Allow Deborah to guide you through gentle practices of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation while soaking up the surroundings of Hocking Hills State Park.  Take walks through the caves of the park and indulge in the pristine (yet rustic) amenities of the Inn and Spa at Cedar Falls in Logan, Ohio.  Enjoy the privacy of your own premium room, cottage, or cabin, nestled in nature, while unifying with a small community of others having the same place of mind….a little R &R and some socializing and laughter.

All levels welcome:  beginners through advanced.  These will be gentle to medium level practices, however, Deborah is skilled in modifying the practices to suit all levels of yoga students.  Teens are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

Retreat Itinerary:

Points to keep in mind as you peruse the schedule:

Breakfasts are included and are served in the Inn’s restaurant.  Lunch is on your own.  The Inn serves lunch from 11:30am – 1:00pm daily and no reservation is required for parties totaling 6 or less.  You can also order (by the day/night before) a brown bag lunch to eat when you choose as there is free time scheduled for lunch/spa in the early afternoon each day.  Dinners on Wed, Thu, and Fri night are a gourmet buffet designed by the Inn’s chef, however, dinner on Saturday night is on your own so that you may be free to gather with whom you choose or enjoy more flex time around the Hocking Hills.   Additional Spa time is available on Saturday as there is no hike scheduled that morning.  Any Spa desires are not included in the package and must be scheduled with the Inn in advance.

  • 4:00pm: arrival and check in; explore the grounds of the Inn
  • 6:30pm – 8:00pm: gourmet buffet dinner
  • 8:30pm – 9:00pm: yoga for digestion and evening Savasana (relaxation meditation)

Thursday, July 14th 2016

  • 7:00 – 7:45am: Sunrise Yoga:  Wake up the body with gentle movements, pranayama, and morning meditation
  • 8:00am – 9:00am: Breakfast included served in the Inn’s restaurant
  • 10:00am – 11:30am: Ash Cave walk or hike (your choice)
  • 11:30am – 1:00pm: Lunch on your own
  • 3:00pm – 4:30pm: Afternoon Yoga:  Stretch out and revitalize with a full yoga class modified for anyone including pranayama, asana, and savasana to refresh you for the evening
  • 6:30pm – 8:00pm: gourmet buffet dinner
  • 8:30pm – 9:00pm: yoga for digestion and evening savasana (relaxation meditation)

Friday, July 15th 2016

  • 7:00 – 7:45am: Sunrise Yoga:  Wake up the body with gentle movements, pranayama, and morning meditation
  • 8:00am – 9:00am: Breakfast included served in the Inn’s restaurant
  • 10:00am – 11:30am: Old Man’s Cave walk or hike (your choice)
  • 11:30am – 1:00pm: Lunch on your own
  • 12:00pm – 2:00pm: Stop by the Gathering Place to sample juice specialties and learn a little about the health benefits vegetable and fruit blending
  • 3:00pm – 4:30pm: Afternoon Yoga:  Stretch out and revitalize with a full yoga class modified for anyone including pranayama, asana, and savasana to refresh you for the evening
  • 6:30pm – 8:00pm: gourmet buffet dinner
  • 8:30pm – 9:00pm: yoga for digestion and evening Savasana (relaxation meditation)

Saturday, July 16th 2016

  • 8:00 – 8:45am: Sunrise Yoga:  Wake up the body with gentle movements, pranayama, and morning meditation
  • 9:00am – 10:00am: Breakfast included served in the Inn’s restaurant
  • 11:30am – 1:00pm: Lunch on your own
  • 3:00pm – 4:30pm: Restorative Yoga and Savasana
  • 6:00pm – 8:00pm: Dinner on your own.
  • 8:30pm – 9:00pm: yoga for digestion and evening Savasana (relaxation meditation)

Sunday, July 17th 2016

  • 8:00 – 8:45am: Sunrise Yoga:  Wake up the body with gentle movements, pranayama, and morning meditation
  • 9:00am – 10:00am: Breakfast included served in the Inn’s restaurant
  • 11:00am: Checkout and have a safe trip home relaxed, restored and rejuvenated!
